	Building Blocks Global Consultancy was launched in Boston, Massachusetts, with an intercultural relations program called MAP St John, a program for multilingual awakening for Boston classrooms (students, teachers, and staff). With our expertise in Human Resources and Development and also Strategic Management we introduced our famous packages that focused on growth of people in also other organizations and companies in the world.
In 1994 our famous growth packages were acquired over the world: we turned performances in companies and organizations around with our famous multilingual needs-oriented packages and introduced or further upgraded companies' and organizations' performance practices in the areas of human resource path development, strategic management practice improvement for increase of ROI, introduction of HR instruments, starting from the recruitment activities, continuing with staff and employee performance and development.
Examples are our BBGC HR tools for companies in the Netherlands Antilles, South Africa, Munich, Sweden and countries like St. Maarten and St. Kitts and Nevis in the Caribbean. Our clients are diverse, from several cultures and native languages, and all over the world. In 2006 we started to target entire communities and large populations through programs via mass media upon request of government leaders.
	Recently we perfected our instructional DVD-based programs with official instruction and development DVDs designed by BBGC.
