Nation Building

 

Most of our client nations elect governments through a democratic election system and therefore entrust their tax monies and lives to elected leaders. We build nations by creating strong and conscious citizens, leaders of public organizations and other pillars in communities like NGO’s, schools and communities, entities and institutions.


We have two priorities that have proven to be of extreme importance in our work to contribute to strong nation development.


Leaders need to be dependable, with integrity and ethical conduct. Our character formation-  and good governance programs aim to build all skills needed by both it citizens and leaders in all pillars of the community.

  • We work through grass roots principles and our participants work with universities and institutions to perform volunteer work for their post tests.
  • Conflict management, mediation and negotiation

We provide large scale conflict management, negation and healing of aftermaths of crippling conflicts that leave clients released from experienced stress and sometimes trauma related to over stress, pain and anger. Our conflict de-escalation and negotiation model is based on techniques of Harvard University and Harvard Business School.
