Building Blocks Global Consultancy Trajectories are based on a combination of data, image, sound, concepts and simulated practice. We have invented and designed company-based DVD-instruction that is very effective because it captures the participant’s attention and high motivation for learning instantly!

We use instruction DVD-based learning combined with face-to-face facilitation because it offers many advantages versus the traditional way of instructing and training: DVD-based learning creates the possibility to portray critical dilemmas of the company or elsewhere in such a way that it turns the participant’s view and attitude around.

The instruction DVD scripts are based on real-life situations and therefore create identification with critical dilemmas in the community, the company and its management and employee level.
Because the instruction DVD is divided into chapters, supervisors can always use the DVD for refreshment in progress meetings, introduction sessions for new recruits, and other needed trajectories.
The instruction DVDs are in Papiamentu for Papiamentu-speaking participants and English, Spanish or French for international companies.
The instruction DVDs become property of the client it’s designed for.
